We made it! the Britomart Unbakery is now open!

Its been a very intense start to the year as we put together a plan to open a new unbakery location in the heart of the CBD. And a little stressful too, with our financial backers going into recievership, leaving us in a bit of a pickle. But, (and it is a very big 'but'...), our wonderful customers and supporters well and truly came to the party with a very successful Pledge Me campaign and we have been able to get enough funds together to open the doors on our third location.

Its a tiny little space, (only one table), which supplies take out meals ready to go. (Made off site as we dont even have space for a kitchen!) Plus our delicious cakes cabinet of course, and new to our Britomart location is the little bird Squeezery - an amazing array of cold pressed juices, nut milks, elixers and tonics, all super tasy and all very very good for you.

We hope to see you city folk some time soon.

And sincere thanks again to all the people who pledged in support of our campaign. You guys rock.
