Terms + Conditions
$1000 Golden Ticket Prize

  • You are entering an instant win competition for $1,000 of little bird credit; to be redeemed on any little bird organics retail product, cleanses, meal plans and cakes, or at little bird kitchen.*excludes alcoholic beverages, non-little bird organics retail products and vouchers.
  • The winner is responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included, including (where applicable) transport, insurance and all other incidentals.
  • Employees and immediate family members of little bird organics are ineligible to enter.
  • It is the responsibility of the winner to contact little bird organics upon finding the golden ticket in a timely manner (before 01 January 2021) to redeem their prize. The winner must present the golden ticket at the time of claiming the prize.
  • The prize must be claimed between 16th March 2020 and 01 January 2021 and is subject to availability of products.
  • The prize cannot be converted into cash and is non-transferable.
  • Neither little bird organics nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
  • It is the claimant’s responsibility to provide the correct name and address for prize delivery. Little bird organics and all prize associates do not accept responsibility for lost prizes.
  • Competition is open to NZ residents only. Prizes will only be delivered within New Zealand.
  • Little Bird Organics reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who Little Bird Organics decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the rules, gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
  • Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for little bird organics to use the winner’s details and photographs for promotional and media purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
  • Only the person(s) awarded the prizes can claim them.
  • Participation in the promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If the winner does not accept the Terms & Conditions, the prize is forfeited.

  • You are entering a lottery draw competition to win one of ten prize packs from Kokako, Ceres Organics, Good For, ecostore, WEAR Yoga and little bird organics.
  • Employees and immediate family members of Kokako, Ceres Organics, Good For, ecostore, WEAR Yoga and little bird organics are ineligible to enter. All parties reserve the right to verify the validity of entries.
  • The winners will be drawn by lottery before 1st May 2020 and notified by 15th May 2020.
  • The winner is responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included, including (where applicable) transport, insurance and all other incidentals.
  • The prize will be sent between 15th May and 30th June 2020 and is subject to product availability.
  • Prizes cannot be converted into cash and are non-transferable.
  • It is the claimant’s responsibility to provide the correct name and address for prize delivery. Little bird organics and all prize associates do not accept responsibility for lost prizes.
  • Competition is open to NZ residents only. Prizes will only be delivered within New Zealand.
