High fibre, high protein, low sugar and delicious - basically everything you need for a deliciously nutritionally complete start to your day. 

Available in 3 incredibly versaitle flavours; Chocolate Hazelnut, Golden Almond & Meadow Berries

Try one of these 6 recipes for a quick, easy and delicious breakfast.  

 

Everything Breakfast – Bircher in 10

Combine 1 part everything breakfast with 1 part water and 1 part nut or seed milk of choice (we use homemade almond milk) . Soak for 10 mins to activate the chia seeds.

If you’re super prepared and want a full bircher breakfast experience, you can leave to soak overnight. 

Golden Almond & Hemp

  • Top with a drizzle of almond butter and freshly chopped pears tossed in a little finely grated ginger. Serve with a little organic maple for a bit of decadence.

Meadow berries & Hemp

  • Top with raglan coconut yoghurt or kefir and fresh or poached peaches. Serve with a little organic maple for a bit of decadence.

Chocolate Hazelnut & Hemp

  • Top with warmed oob organic berries, poached pear and a drizzle of raglan coconut kefir. Serve with a little organic maple for a bit of decadence.

 

Everything Breakfast - Porridge in 5

Combine 1 part dry everything breakfast with 1.5 part water and 1.5 part nut or seed milk of your choice and let simmer over low heat (we use homemade almond milk) add more liquid for a looser porridge. Remove from heat.

Golden Almond & Hemp

  • Top with poached pears. Serve with a side of maple and plant based milk.

Meadow berries & Hemp

  • Top with warmed Oob mixed berries. Serve with a side of maple and plant based milk.

Chocolate Hazelnut & Hemp

  • Top with fresh or grilled bananas (grill on medium heat in a cast iron pan with a little coconut oil). Serve with a side of maple and plant based milk.
