Seasonal Whole Foods Winter Workshop with Megan May


Discover plant-based food at it's best with an intro to a seasonal wholefoods, cooking workshop with Megan May. 

We will take you through a seasonal focused menu which will give you options to add into your week from breakfast through to dinner along with drinks and snacks that will keep you healthy with delicious nourishing health focused meals this winter.

Megan will also show you how to incorporate her favourite adaptogens and superfoods into regular dishes to help boost your immunity during the winter months.

What to expect

Megan will show you how to make as well as taste your way through an extensive menu of delicious seasonal healthy wholefoods dishes to help transform your winter diet into one that makes you feel great and also impress your friends and family.

You will be filled up with knowledge and delicious food by the end of the class.

All tastings are plant-based, gluten, dairy and refined sugar free.

Cancellation Policy
  • For a full refund, cancellations must be made a minimum of 5 working days prior to the class.
  • A cancellation fee of 25% of the total ticket price will be charged for cancellations made with less than 2 days notice. 
  • If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before a class, or a class attendee doesn’t turn up, then the full ticket is non-refundable.
