Dehydrating is a technique used in the raw world, where foods are placed in a dehydrator and 'cooked' at a maximum temperature of 46°C to maintain the enzymes intact and increase the nutritional value. 'Cooking' with your dehydrator isn't only super easy, but heaps of fun too! Come along and get tips on how to give that dehydrator good use on a regular basis, take some amazing Little bird recipes home with you and treat your family and friends
