How To:
Bircher in 10
Combine 1 part dry Bircher with 2 parts nut or seed milk of your choice. Soak for 10 for a decadent pudding-for-breakfast vibe.
(If you’re super prepared, you can leave in the fridge overnight.)

Porridge in 5
Combine 1 part dry Bircher with 1 part water and 1 part nut or seed milk of your choice and let simmer over low heat. Remove from heat, add more liquid if desired. Warm-up from the inside out.

Muesli in 1
Simply add to a bowl with your favourite nut or seed milk, top with fruit or go au naturale!
