Seasonal soups and curries — 6 jars

Keep your fridge and freezer stocked with our soups, curries and lentil dishes — convenient, super nutritious, and delicious ready-to-eat organic meals straight to your door. We only use the highest quality local and organic produce which means we might not always have access to some ingredients. And so your meal box will contain a selection of what we made fresh on the day of your delivery. This is slow food for full lives.

Each reusable jar serves 2, so that’s $7.10 per serve!

You will receive 2 of each meal.

Menu for the week November 30:

Ribollita — This super hearty Tuscan white bean dish is prepared with cavolo nero, fennel and garlic. Make beans on toast a meal, top slices of our Sprouted Loaf or serve mixed through pasta or quinoa. Simple.

Ethiopian Lentils — A classical Ethiopian lentil dish prepared from red lentils with Berbere spice, tomatoes, potato and spinach. Serve with a delicious flatbread or your favourite grain. If you're feeling adventurous, you could make your own or try to get hold of injera. (Ethiopian flatbreads made from teff).

Green Curry — A fragrant green curry filled with fresh herbs, spices and seasonal vegetables. Heat and serve with your favourite rice, and you have a meal in minutes. We love this meal with Jasmine rice or black forbidden rice topped with fresh basil and coriander.

Complete your meal with optional add on sprouted loaves. Half and full loaves available.

Our meal jars keep in the fridge for up to 5 days or longer in the freezer. Add a side of cooked brown rice or quinoa, a slice of sprouted bread and you have a meal in minutes!

We use these jars for food storage afterwards but if you don’t need them, hold onto them and when it is safe to, return them to us for a $1 refund per jar.

Please confirm your address is within our delivery radius. Deliveries are made between 5pm and 9pm. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. For more information, please see our shipping policy.

Can be refrigerated for 5 days or longer frozen. To reheat, place the jar in warm water or leave in the fridge overnight before using. Bring your soup to a light boil over medium heat, increasing to over 78 degrees celsius so that it’s safe to eat.
