For all of you who've been asking for it...it’s finally here a family friendly meals class created by Megan May -this will send you home with plenty of menu ideas, recipes and tips to help your family to love eating a raw, whole foods diet with a focus on increasing those wonderful veggies in our every day. We'll be covering school lunch box ideas, breakfast, snacks and dinner meals so bring in your notepad (and maybe grandma) and get ready to learn how raw, whole foods can taste truly delicious when done the little bird way.
There are many benefits to consuming more raw fresh foods, including ease of digestion and assimilation of nutrients, all of which translates to more energy for your family to use for the fun stuff, climbing mountains, acing those exams, better moods, glowing skin and just feeling generally better. One of the biggest benefits of consuming raw foods that help to contribute all this extra goodness, is the high consumption of enzymes that will keep your body humming with energy.

- For a full refund, cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to the class.
- A cancellation fee of 20% of the total ticket price will be charged for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, but more than 24 hours notice.
- If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before a class, or a class attendee doesn’t turn up, then the full ticket is non-refundable.
