We are big believers in finding fun ways to feel good in your body, through restorative movement and mindful eating.
As the days become shorter and colder, we can often feel less energised or motivated to take care of ourselves.
Sarah Lindsay of SALA Studio and Megan May of Little Bird Kitchen have designed this nourishing and restorative Yoga and Brunch Workshop to celebrate balance and invite renewal during the winter months.
Designed to leave you feeling well nourished and re-energised, Sarah will take you through a mindful dynamic yoga sequence to release tension and leave you with a more spacious body, while Megan will craft a delicious warming breakfast focusing on boosting immunity and reducing inflammation. Leaving you with warm bellies and nourished souls.
Ticket price includes one hour yoga sequence with Sarah Lindsay, breakfast and tea with Megan May and a bonus goodie bag with some of our favourite wellness products.

- For a full refund, cancellations must be made a minimum of 96 hours prior to the event.
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the total ticket price will be charged for cancellations made with less than 96 hours notice, but more than 48 hours notice.
- If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the event, or an event attendee doesn’t turn up, then the full ticket is non-refundable.
