Wholefoods for Families - 26th February
For all of you who've been asking for it...it’s finally here! A family friendly class created by Megan May - this will send you home with plenty of menu ideas, recipes, tips and tricks to help your family love eating more wholefoods, with a focus on increasing those wonderful veggies on your family's plate.
We'll be covering school lunch box ideas, snacks, meals and desserts. Megan will also be sharing her top tips and tricks, and family menu planning ideas for busy schedules! The class will include both a mix of raw and cooked wholefoods recipes.
There are many benefits to consuming more wholefoods and raw foods, including ease of digestion and assimilation of nutrients, all of which translates to more energy for your family to use for the fun stuff, climbing mountains, acing those exams, better moods, glowing skin and just feeling generally better. One of the biggest benefits of consuming raw foods that help to contribute all this extra goodness, is the high consumption of enzymes that will keep your body humming with energy.
- For a full refund, cancellations must be made a minimum of 3 days prior to the class.
- A cancellation fee of 20% of the total ticket price will be charged for cancellations made with less than 3 days notice, but more than 48 hours notice.
- If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before a class, or a class attendee doesn’t turn up, then the full ticket is non-refundable.
