These classes focus on showing you the fundamental building blocks of raw cuisine and how to use them to create your own amazing raw dishes at home.
The first in the series (which is running on both dates) will focus on how to use nuts as an alternative to dairy products in creating creamy and delicious milks, dressings, sauces, cheeses & desserts.
With the culinary expertise of our incredible head chef Xander and Megans knowledge about all things raw you have a great duo to learn from.
In this first class we will show you how to make the base sauces, milks, cheese and creams.
Then take you through the ins and outs of 4 different dishes that use these base creams. This is designed to help give you the tools of making the basic aspects and then how to build them into some impressive raw organic dishes.
You will also get to eat all 4 dishes, so don’t eat before you come!
