Good Macaroons

Little Bird’s Macaroons were a long time in the making. Way back before the company had a kitchen, before we had staff, we had one little dehydrator and we had macaroons.

There was a lot of flavour trials and a lot of taste testing. What we ended up with has become a backbone product for our company.
Who’d have thought such a simple little thing could prove so popular.
We guess it helps that they are so delicious.
Made with coconut, some with nuts, some with raw cacao, there is a favourite flavour for everybody.

Using Organic ingredients and hand-scooped then dehydrated to ensure all the goodness and nutrition is retained, our Macaroons are Raw, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan, without refined cane sugar or soy.
