So the next classes in our Uncooking School series is official.

Chocolate.

Need we say more...?

Making raw chocolate is a true art form and Megan May is a Master. The unbakery is famous for its chocolate items - choc bark, cookies, choc drink, layer cake, lava cake....

It will be a hands on class - get ready to get your hands dirty with pure raw chocolate...

Megan will give a demonstration, then the class will be split into teams and each team will pick which recipe they're making. There will be a lot of taste testing required, be prepared. Anything you cant manage to 'taste' on the night you will get to take home.
