Festive Macaroon Tower with Seasonal Fruit

No baking or fancy skills required—just stack, garnish, and enjoy!


Ingredients
* 3–4 bags of Little Bird Organics Macaroons (we used our sour cherry chocolate & almond, chocolate & strawberry macaroons)  
* 2 punnets of Fresh seasonal berries or fruits (we used blueberries and strawberries; cherries work beautifully too)
* ¼ cup Fresh As freeze-dried raspberries
* Fresh mint leaves (optional)
 
Method
1. Stack the macaroons into a tower shape on your choice of serving plate, starting with a wide base and gradually making each layer smaller as you build upwards.
2. Layer in larger fruits like strawberries or cherries, adding smaller fruits like blueberries and raspberries to fill the gaps.
3. Crumble any leftover freeze-dried raspberries over the tower for a pop of colour and texture.
4. Serve as is, or garnish with fresh mint leaves for a vibrant finishing touch.
