Green apple avocado smoothie

Equipment required: blender


1 frozen banana

¼ green apple

¼ avocado

¾ cup baby spinach (packed)

¼ lemon, peeled

small handful mint leaves

½ cup coconut water

½ cup ice


Place all the ingredients in a blender, blend on high and drink up!
