Tiramisu Protein Oats with Banana, Coconut Yoghurt & Misty Day Magick Coffee
Featuring Little Bird Organics Cacao & Hazelnut Everything Oats
Ingredients (1 serving)
- ½ cup Little Bird Organics Cacao & Hazelnut Everything Oats
- ¾ cup plant milk (oat, almond, soy — your pick)
- ½ - 1 scoop vegan protein powder (vanilla, unflavoured, or coffee-flavoured)
- 1 tsp Misty Day Magick Coffee (adjust to taste — it has a bold earthy flavour)
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup or coconut nectar (optional)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 tsp chia seeds (for texture and thickening, optional)
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 2–3 tbsp coconut yoghurt (plain, vanilla, or espresso-flavoured if available)
- Dusting: raw cacao powder or finely ground coffee
Instructions
1. Make the Oats Base
In a bowl or jar, stir together:
- Cacao & Hazelnut Everything Oats
- Plant milk
- Protein powder
- Misty Day Magick Coffee
- Chia seeds, vanilla, and maple syrup (if using)
Mix well. Let sit for 10+ minutes, or refrigerate overnight for thick, creamy oats.
2. Layer it Up
In a glass or bowl:
- Add the coffee-infused oats
- Add banana slices
- Spoon over coconut yoghurt
Dust the top with cacao powder or a light sprinkle of Misty Day Magick Coffee for a functional tiramisu touch.
