We only source only the highest quality organic ingredients for all of our products and our Little Bird Kitchen cafe - the result of countless hours researching, meeting with suppliers and farmers, and testing ingredients.

Our entire Pantry Staples range is mostly raw and organic (or wild harvested), nutrition-packed, and free of any nasties. All of our nuts and seeds in the range in order to break down enzyme inhibitors and ‘unlock’ their goodness - making them more bioavailable.
