Raw Cacao is an amazing superfood - with minerals like magnesium and iron, plus it contains one of the highest concentrations of antioxidants of any food in the world! Our Cacao is sun-dried and not heated above 46 deg C during processing, ensuring the antioxidant levels are maintained.
