How to get the most out of your slice
Our slices last in the fridge for approximately 1 week and the freezer for a few months. If you’re planning to eat your slice within 5-7 days pop it in the fridge when you receive it. Devouring it over the next few months? Store in the freezer—then remove slices as you need, leaving on the bench for 20 minutes to defrost.
We source the highest quality organic ingredients whenever possible—99% of the ingredients in our cakes are organic! From the very beginning, we have held using all organic products in the highest regard—foods free from GMOs, pesticides, herbicides, and other chemical inputs used today in conventional agriculture. Supporting organics is a health move for the environment, the people working on the land, and our individual health.
