We’re huge fans of hazelnuts, abundant in good fats, Vitamin E and lifeforce minerals such as manganese and copper that help your skin glow and regulate healthy blood pressure. Pick up and delivery

Our delicious treats take 3 days to make and we recommend picking up from our Ponsonby cafe if you can - available for collection the morning after the date you choose.

How to get the most out of your tart

Our cakes last in the fridge for approximately 1 week and the freezer for a few months. If you’re planning to eat your cake within 5-7 days pop it in the fridge when you receive it. Devouring it over the next few months? Slice and store in the freezer—then remove slices as you need, leaving on the bench for 20 minutes to defrost.

We source the highest quality organic ingredients whenever possible—99% of the ingredients in our cakes are organic! From the very beginning, we have held using all organic products in the highest regard—foods free from GMOs, pesticides, herbicides and other chemical inputs used today in conventional agriculture.
