Remember those bakery ginger slices you grew up with? Our high health version combines cashews, Brazil nuts and almonds for a soft crumb base adding proteins and fats to nourish and restore. Coconut, cashews and fresh ginger juice create a vibrant ginger layer—it’s utterly delicious. Ginger is especially good for brightening the senses, making our Ginger Slice a proactive approach to dealing with the mid-afternoon slump. Do yourself a favour, add to cart.

Auckland pick-up (not available Mondays): We recommend picking up from our Ponsonby cafe if you can - available for collection from 9.30am on the calendar date you choose.
Auckland delivery: takes place between 6-9 pm on the delivery date selected, Mon-Fri.
North Island delivery: takes place the day after the delivery date selected, Mon-Thurs.

Shelf life - These goodies keep well in the fridge for 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Take them out 20 minutes beforehand to defrost.

Recycling packaging - You’ll receive your order in one of Chilltainers which you can bring back to Little Bird Kitchen to be recycled. The rest of the packing inside your box is compostable.
