As with all our products, Everything Breakfast has been intentionally crafted to be the best breakfast it can be, this is a functional, nutrition packed breakfast that leaves you satisfied and energized with all the delicious taste of the Little Bird Kitchen café at home.
Our new breakfast is not only the ultimate in breakfast nutrition its also kind to the planet, its packed full of complete plant-powered protein (as opposed to the resource intensive animal kind) - in just 75g of Everything Breakfast you will be getting around 12g of protein (that's the protein of 2 medium eggs) You're also getting a good serve of daily fibre, iron, magnesium, amino acids, and minerals.

These ingredients form the base of our Everything Breakfast, not only are they exceptionally good for you but these ingredients are all good choices when it comes to reducing your environmental impact.
Oats – Considered a fountain of youth, the humble oat is often sighted as a key food source in longevity studies. At Little Bird, oats are considered a superfood. Not only are they a good source of fiber and protein, but oats also contain an abundance of important micro nutrients like, magnesium, zinc, selenium, iron, thiamine and beta glucans. Numerous studies show the significant benefits of oats on heart health, blood sugar control and weight management.
Oats and gluten? Oats themselves do not contain gluten but they can often be processed in a facility that also processes gluten. While oats don’t contain gluten, 25% of coeliac sufferers can react to the protein in oats called avenin.

Activated Nuts – Nuts are a wonder food! Including them in your diet will give you a great source of protein, unsaturated fats, fibre, vitamin E, plant sterols and L-arginine. By sprouting and activating the nuts in our Everything Breakfast, we're giving your digestive system a helping hand to make the nutritional goodness of the nuts more bio-available, so your body can do its thing.
Hemp Seeds – Hemp seeds are a great plant based protein source, more than 25% of their total calories are derived from high-quality plant-based protein. Hemp seeds are also rich in two essential fatty acids, linoleic acid (omega-6) and alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3) – they may be tiny but they pack a big punch as a great source of vitamin E and minerals, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, sulfur, calcium, iron and zinc.
Sunflower seeds – One of nature’s most underrated sources of goodness, sunflower seeds hold nearly a dozen essential vitamins and minerals, including zinc and selenium. Zinc is an integral part of the immune system, helping our bodies to develop and maintain proper function of immune cells. These powerful gifts from nature provide us with antioxidants in the form of Vitamin E as well as essential fatty acids like linolenic, oleic and palmitic acid – a natural answer to good skin health, this humble seed assists in the promotion of collagen and elastin.
Chia seeds - We use chia seeds a lot at Little Bird, they’re a huge ally in helping us to deliver on our belief that eating healthy, satiating foods leads to healthier relationships with food. Gram for gram, chai seeds contain more omega 3s than salmon and have all the essential amino acids you need to make the most of the protein in it. “Chia” is the ancient Mayan word for “strength”, so it stands to reason these super seeds provide the sustainable energy levels needed for any healthy diet.

We have added some of Nature's best and most delicious antioxidants like raw cacao, goji and pumpkin seeds and anti-inflammatory foods like turmeric to give you the ultimate nutritious and delicious breakfast experience.
